Problem Statement
We believe that since USDA aims to be the leader in providing the economy opportunity, with innovation, and the best available science. we are here to help USDA conform a new navigation for their website and mobile design, to fit their users needs of being able to easily access the information they need.
User Testing
Through our user testing and user research, my team and I found that 80% couldn’t find pertinent information, regarding important topics, such as food recalls and resources. with our new redesigned navigation, our testing reported that almost all users could navigate to where they needed to go within the website. this in turn should lead to more users interacting with the site, and using USDA for all their farming and agricultural needs.
