Problem Statement
During user interviews, we discovered that Ashley, who is an avid planner who loves to travel and partake in outdoor activities, needs an easier, stress-free way of planning these trips.
Therefore, we believe that a new product or feature would help avid travelers provide information regarding their trips to others involved when planning and booking, and would help them feel more confident and organized. Doing this we believe more groups and families would book with us.
User Insight
Ashley Adams is an avid planner that loves to be outdoors and needs an easier, stress free way to plan all of her family excursions and trips because planning always fall on her, and she gets overwhelmed easily.
